Created in former Portuguese colony of Goa, Bombay Authentics is traditionally made with Pork, hot and spicy but not searingly so. Our Bombay Authentics contains plum tomatoes, fresh coriander, root ginger, brown mustard seed, lemon juice, tamarind, fresh chilli, white cumin seeds. Bombay Authentics add potaoes to stretch out the meat. Also great with any dark meat, duck, venison, beef, camel, ostrich. Our plans for a small cottage industry soon changed however when demand for the products took off. A small web-shop was developed to cope with repeat orders but this soon became swamped and a decision had to be made as to where the company was going…
