John The Greek are a family owned and operated food concession business. John The Greek have been in business since 1978 and since then we have had a lot of changes and growths. Most of all we have gained several additions to the family. Through these 30 some years with lots of hard work and lots of family help our business has grown into what it is today. John the Greek Food Concessions provides a variety of food for almost any type of event: State Fair, County Fair, Fireman's Celebrations, Festivals, Street Fairs, Indoor/Outdoor Shows and special events. We have 8 clean, quality trailers staffed by professionally trained food service operators.
