Dietary Supplement. This product provides 275 mg of Caffeine and 7.5 mg of Synephrine per serving (3 capsules).

Directions: Take three (3) Lean Stack capsules prior to morning and afternoon meal or use as directed by a physician or licensed nutritionist. Begin with one (1) capsule two (2) times per day for the first week to asses tolerance. Do not exceed six (6) capsules daily. Do not take after 5:00 p.m. if you have difficulty sleeping.
