  1. Q: Do you have a physical catalog?
    A: No, sorry. Nutricity is an online retailer only, but, luckily for you, our entire catalog of products is available right here on the site for you to browse at any time and, unlike a paper catalog, you can search through ours and customize your browsing experience, too!
  2. Q: If an item I ordered goes on sale or is cheaper on another site after I purchased it, will Nutricity price match?
    A: No, sorry. At this time, Nutricity is not able to price match, as items are sold at the price they were at the time of the sale. However, we constantly have specials on several items throughout the store at any given time, and if a certain brand has a sale on items on another site, it's probably on sale here, too! Take a look around and check out the homepage to see all of our specials. We also offer a newsletter to keep you up to date on all the specials we will be having on our site!
  3. Q: I want this certain item, but it's showing as out of stock. What can I do now?
    A: Nutricity is very sorry that the item you need is out of stock. We always try our best to keep items in stock and available to purchase. Occasionally, items will not be available from the manufacturer or become discontinued. Please check back frequently to see if the item is available or email one our customer service representatives as they will be happy to keep you updated if the item becomes available again for sale. We do not put items on hold, however, as everything we sell is on a "first come, first served" basis.
  4. Q: Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
    A: Unfortunately, Nutricity is not able to announce ahead of time whether specific items will be going on sale or not as sales on specific items are determined by the manufacturer. Items that do go on sale, though, will be marked as such on the day of. Nutricity does have its own sales, however! If we are planning on having a large scale sale, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as we can and advertise it on our site! You can also subscribe to our newsletter to have these deals e-mailed to you, so you'll always be up to speed on the many deals we have going on at any time!
  5. Q: Does Nutricity offer gift cards?
    A: Sorry, but as of right now, Nutricity does not offer gift certificates or gift cards.
  6. Q: How do I update my e-mail address?
    A: That's easy! Just follow these steps:

    1. Anywhere on the website, click on "Your Account" in the upper right-hand corner.

    2. Log in if you haven't already, using your previous address as your ID.

    3. Click "Modify Personal Information." This will take you to the "Billing address" page

    4. Where it says e-mail, it will have your original e-mail address. Highlight this entirely and put in your new e-mail address.

    5. Click "Continue."

    Your e-mail has now been updated!
  7. Q: How do I unsubscribe from any of your mailing lists?
    A: Please email us at cs@nutricity.com and one of our customer services representatives will unsubscribe your email address.
  8. Q: Do you offer Live Chat support?
    A: Currently, Nutricity does not offer Live Chat support
  9. Q: How can I write a review on a product?
    You can write a product review in with just 3 easy steps:

    1. On any product page, scroll down to the bottom of the product listing and look for the "Product Reviews" section.

    2. Click the link labeled "Write your own review," and fill out the required fields in the window that pops up. You may have to allow for pop-ups from Nutricity if you have a blocker on your browser. In this window you will find a 5-point rating system and a section to write your review. You may also simply rate the product on the item's listing by selecting a rating and clicking the "Rate it" button to submit. Please be sure to fill out all required fields.

    3. Once you are finished, click "Submit your review." You're finished! Your review may not be posted immediately, so please do not worry if it takes a little while to show up.
